Yesterday was weird. I am not going to analyze if it was a success or failure. Will just report my diet and exercise: Exercise: spinning 1 hour (good class) Diet: Bfast was coffee and atkins bar. Lunch was greek salad from home (spinach, cucumber, tomato, olives, feta..with oregano/lemon/oil dressing) Dinner: starving with splitting headache (carbs detox headache?), so got soup from mcdonalds--Brocolli and cheddar, to later find out it was 16 carbs!!! Also had leftover homemade soup (3 cups) of mushroom, onion, garlic, cream, and broth....as a result felt bloated and my mouth hurts from the salt! I think my net carbs count definitely went past the limit--by quite a bit! Hope I didn't break my contract already! But regardless, tomorrow is time to make up.
Today is very salty feeling too...been drinking water, but it's still very uncomforable. Weight is steady..no loss to report. TOM's in town, and probably to blame, right along with the salt intake.
Didn't cook last night, and meals were generic as reported above, hence no pics to present.
