Turned the bananas and milk part from Day 5 of the Cabbage Soup Diet into a shake!

Good job , if u stick to this diet you can lose 5-6 lbs , some people lose more .

Banana shakes are yummy! I make mine with vanilla protein powder & unsweetened almond milk. I also freeze the banana, makes it real cold and creamy, YUM!
