10 pounds in 3 days?? think I lost a lot of water, my legs and feet do look a ton skinnier than Friday and Saturday. this is still less than its been in a while
277.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 117.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
