***MORNING WORKOUT***
Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred"

***TODAY'S FOOD***
1.) Brunch: Visalus Shake (Chocolate mix-in, water, ice, coconut extract)
2.) Linner: Visalus Shake (Visalus shake mix, water, orange juice, ice)
3.) Dinner: Laab and Green Curly Lettuce; 1 siopau stuffed with pork and gravy.
4.) Dessert: 4(?) [refrigerator] Pillsbury Easter Sugar Cookies
5.) Misc.: Detox Tea (1 coffee mug)

{{{I'm thinking the extra sugar for dessert isn't going to help my weigh-in tomorrow. I baked them for my kids, thinking I'd only allow myself one; that sooo didn't happen. I hope I'm not too disappointed tomorrow. I'm tired of my weight bouncing back and forth. It's frustrating to see. I need to do better about keeping myself from indulging too much.}}}
