Good morning to my new life. I compromised in starting my food by using my Rice Krispies. I have boxes left and not much else worth eating in the house. Today I buy greens as I want to eat a mediterranean diet. My challenge is the no carbohydrate with 2 liters of water. I will be learning how to buy for the week instead of junk for a binge. Just think of the money I will save. I can buy a dress per month instead! A BIG thank you to all the supportive messages and followers. You are a blessing!
