I had a bagel and coffee for breakfast. Have to be mindful of my carbs for rest of the day. The bagel has 53 carbs over the recommended 45 per meal. My blood sugar this am was 147. It has to be due to the bagel and walnuts I had for dinner last night. I won't repeat that meal combination. My highest blood glucose during the weekend was 107 and my lowest was 74. I'm really doing a good job with the blood sugars and logging my meals and activity entries. Yeahh me. I have a Kaiser coaching appt at 7 tonight so I'm really committed to getting this weight off and making healthy choices.
334.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 154.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
