I think I misread the scales last weigh in, I was so sure I'd put on weight after an 8 day cruise and a six week holiday overseas I mistook the 8 for 9. So good news all round. I'm drinking more water and now have a melon mix with breakfast..duuno if that has a bearing but I'm not knocking it
192.7 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.2 lb a week

Dbl.kudos. What's a l. or 2 among friends as long as we're going in the right direction. Keep up the good work. Melon balls are about 90% water. Great to push those fluids to 8 glasses a day. Your kidneys will also thank you.

Thanks for the encouragement, gang. I'd like to add a month in the UK has changed my eating choices. I used to have a tomato sandwich and feel hungry in no time but UK cafes all seem to have one ingredient plus cheese, a bit of a laugh really. But I find I'm much more stable and full with a meat, cheese and chutney sandwich ( twice a week ) now. BTW my nutritionist recommended protein every meal.
