Didn't do great on my eating habits this weekend. Today was fast Sunday and I pigged out around dinner. Oops. But I did get in some good exercised today. Not so well yesterday although I did do my morning workout and I was busy cleaning the church in the morning. The rest of the day was sedate. Hoping for some more progress this week and that I didn't gain too much by tomorrow morning. Only the scale knows for sure. See ya all in the morning.
