I didn't have an afternoon snack today- SO not like me. I get off in a few minutes then I'm gonna hit the gym. I've got a lot to do tomorrow so I'm hoping that keeping busy will distract me from over-eating. This site is helping me a lot. Keeps me busy and now that I'm keeping track of what I eat, I am more aware of my caloric intake. TGIF!! Everyone have a great weekend =)
