Woke up late. Didn't get to have my morning shake with all of the running around I had to do. I'm a bit disappointed that even though I worked out longer and burned more calories last night, I didn't lose anymore weight. Maybe it's because of the high calorie dinner I had, or maybe it's because I stopped and took breaks during my morning workout and didn't do my usual high-powered evening workout. I worked out. I just didn't workout as hard as I usually do; nonstop and energized.
***TODAY'S FOOD*** 1.) Cleanser 2.) Lunch: Visalus Shake (6 frozen mango cubes, 14oz. water, Visalus shake mix, 2-3oz. orange juice, ice cubes) 3.) Dinner: Duck Flavor Noodles with shrimp [meat]balls, mint leaves, parsley/cilantro, 2 Thai chili peppers, 2 cups water 4.) Dessert: Visalus Shake (1 scoop shake mix, 1 tbsp. cocoa powder, 8oz. water, 3oz. Mocha Frap., 1oz. unsweetened almond milk) & 1 Girl Scout "Lemonade Cookie" 5.) Snack: Hurricane Popcorn with homemade popcorn
