Happy Friday - and Happy Birthday to Bren!
Busy at work again yesterday - never got around to recording my food. But I think I did well. Will start a fresh food diary today. Would love to have a good weigh-in tomorrow.
Going to the mall tomorrow - can't wait. My favorite shopping buddy is now unemployed so our trips are not as frequent as they used to be. I just love to shop and don't even care whether or not I buy anything (unless it is the perfect item or a great bargain).

Nah..we don't celebrate much any more..I had requested Olive Garden
but that was before I stopped eating wheat and gluten foods..so thats out..:O(..

Happy Friday Buffy!! Have fun shopping, enough for both of us please. I have a dreaded wal-mart trip planned for early tomorrow morning as to avoid the crowds...well, I hope to anyway.

GG - yes I remember you are not a Mall Rat! Try to have fun at Wal-Mart. Go through their garden section again - maybe that will cheer you up.

Have fun shopping Buffy. I have to take my son out tomorrow to find a suitable outfit to wear to job interviews. He is not particular about his clothes but I will definitely be checking out the clearance racks at Kohls while we are there.

Heather - had to reply because this is too funny. It is Karen who is helping her son find an outfit. My son is a finicky dresser and shops for himself. But he would dress me if I let him!
