Back down below where I started last January by two pounds.
I've recently come up with some motivators for myself to lose this weight and keep it off. Not for my health or to look better.
I want to be healthier for my cat's sake.
I want to be able to wear my wedges all day again.
I want to be able to ride horses easier.
Mostly I just don't want to be out of breath when I run up some stairs!!! 😰😬
296.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
