Thanks, Lindsay, for your tea comments - I already drink a bedtime tea containing senna, but I'll try the licorice that you recommend if I can find it here.

Still over today but slightly better, I have recorded everything today and also I did the yoga session this morning. The ice cream that has my name on it has just one portion left for tomorrow! Also my husband and children will be away skiing again this weekend so I can concentrate on me! And I won't need to cook, either, just think about salads and fruit.

I agree, your goal isn't too low at 5'4", so good...and you're right about the warmer weather boosting you. I'm not, and will never be again, a bikini kind of girl, but the idea of getting into a swimsuit, or even shorts, might be just the impetus for us...good idea. I, too, am guilty of not recording everything...maybe we're just bored with "dieting"? Again, I think maybe (and I'll speak for myself here) the overall thing for now is to maintain, but, even then, recording everything is a good way to make sure we're not going crazy...because I KNOW where CRAZY will get me :) Hope your weekend is pleasant and "fat" free. ;)
