So far this week I have only been to the gym once which was last night. I ate a special k bar and a piece of cheese for dinner then took a nap, which was a bad idea since I couldn't fall asleep til 12:30 =( After my nap I went to the gym and did 30 mins. cardio on the elliptical. I really want to change my diet to healthier foods and also stay motivated (I have trouble staying motivated.) One day I am focused and ready to kill it at the gym and the next I don't want to go. Ugh! So frustrating.
