August was a struggle for me in a lot of ways, but I managed to lose 5 pounds. Not my best month by a long shot, but I didn't fain, despite my struggles. I'll take it. I'm 6 pounds from my goal with all of September and an extra week to go...Maybe I need a bigger goal to kick myself into gear? What do you think?

I always made mini goals for the long haul, and just kept going, I first had doubts I would even hit the first goal after many years of failing to lose.So Mini goals worked for me as I obtained them.After I reached goal I find it even harder to just maintain the weight. Great job on your weight loss, and we will see you when you loose the 6 #s at the finish line
