What can I say-it's the most wonderful time of the year. And the most wonderful food is laying around at work! Don't get me wrong-I am pleased with my self control and weight loss-but ever since the finale of The Biggest Loser I have just been really motivated and want the weight to fall off! Big plus-I measured my waist and I have lost 4 1/2 inches since July! I'm gonna keep on truckin.

You're doing a great job! Attitude is 90% of the battle. This time of the year is so difficult but come January, we will feel so much better!
