{{{EARLY WORKOUT: Jillian Michaels' Shred it With Weights}}} Day 2 (skipped weekend)

Food for Today:
1.) Breakfast: Chocolate Visalus Shake
2.) Lunch: Chocolate Visalus Shake
3.) Snack: Bag of Filipino "Ding Dong Mixed Nuts"
4.) Dinner: Two Grilled Sour Dough Bread slices with a little bit of whipped cream cheese, smoked salmon slices, red onion slices, avocado slices, tomato slices, lemon juice, and cucumber slices, and a pinch of salt on the tomatoes. And I gave in and ate [just] one small longanisa (Filipino sausage). I'm sure the fat content in that was outrageous, but at least I didn't give in and eat all 4 fat links.
5.) Dessert: One Girl Scout "Lemonade Cookie". Best show of will power I've had in a while.
