Past few days have been hard to stick to diet as daughter and grandkids are visiting ... have been getting more exercise, but have been eating out a lot too ... much more fat content. Still trying.

Glad you got to spend time with your family! Always great! This is just my personal eating out tip: pick a place to eat, then look up the nutritional information online. I pick my first choice and always a second choice in case they don't have my first available. I found for me this really helps. I'm not tempted by the entire menu and rushed into making a poor choice. :)
