clt's Journal, 28 June 2007

I did it. I burned 600 calories on my bike. It took 62 minutes but what is 2 minutes really. My diet has been poor. I know I said no excuses. BUT really this time a month I just crave chocolate. It's part of my make up. So I have indulged quite a bit this week. I'm hoping that my exercise will help me to at least maintain.

Great Job! I have chocolate issues too. I got the Dove Dark Chocolate individual squares. It is delicious and if I suck on one slowly, it does the job!

I know how that is.... especially during certain times of the month. Just hang in there and it will pass. You're doing great!

Wow!!!..600 calories in 62 minutes! That's great! Great job! As for the chocolate fix, try the multi-vitamin Viactiv w/Calcium. I have one every day and it satisfies my chocolate and sweets craving AND it's good for you. It doesn't taste like a vitamin (to me anyway) and I just suck on one every afternoon...and they're only 20 calories. You can't beat that!
