Hey Guys! Did anyone see The Biggest Loser lastnight? It was a great show! I was so motivated after seeing how much weight everyone lost while on the show. They all looked so good! I can't wait until the new show start on January 1,2008!
Is anyone having any problems with leg cramps. I have been having severe leg cramping for the last three days. My left hand also feel strange....almost like I can get it in a comfortable position. I think that may be because of the time I spend on my keyboard. I just can't figure out the leg cramping thing. Anyway, I am dieting very well and I feel great. Good Luck to all of you!

I think severe leg cramps means to drink more water. However i've also heard you need more pottasium and calcium.

You might want to add a small amount of potassium supplement to your diet and see if that helps. Too much can be dangerous for your heart so if you are scared to mess with it you might want to consult your doctor. He or she can do some lab work to see if there is anything wrong and recommend the best course of treatment (if any). I hope you get this worked out quickly...I know how painful those leg cramps can be.

The Biggest Looser was great. Those people looked awesome. Part of me says why can't I get to go and have a personal trainer at my disposal and food made for me. But on the other hand I don't think I could leave my kids for that long and I think hubby might just shoot all 3 of them by the end of 4 months. lol he wouldn't but I bet he would think about it. lol

I get cramps too when I am low in potassium. Here are some Low-carbohydrate sources: fish, chicken and turkey, sunflower seeds, avocados, tomatoes, nuts, apple cider vinegar, ocean vegetables (dulse, nori, kombu, sea palm, wakame, etc.), winter squash, other vegetables such as celery, broccoli and green leafy vegetables. Take care.
