No weight lost this week. I felt like I had suffered carb creep and when I put my food eaten yesterday in the tracker, I was shocked how many carbs I'd eaten! I am going to track my food for the next few days and keep a closer eye on it. When I lost so well before, I did best on 35g or under, and under 2400 calories a day, so this is what I will target.

I'm not buying those Green Giant veggie tots again. I'm sure I can make something myself with less carbs. They are too expensive, anyway. The blackberries, low sugar ketchup, and flatout wrap were also higher carb items. I need to be very careful with the ketchup. I think the berries and wraps are fine, but will limit myself to one higher carb item per day and focus more on meat, eggs and veggies.
