Trying to keep it up. Wt is the same today 106.6. Bought a pair of shorts that were a 5 yesterday. Made me feel depressed and I did not want to eat the rest of my calroies. I am feeling more hungry. Todays goal is to increase the exercise and make an appt with the persoanl trainer. Maybe if I feel better about my body, I wont stress about the number on the scale.
