Did the Spinnervlas Time Saver Time Trial DVD this morning - 38 minutes on the bike but intense. Today I have my appointment for a massage! It's been over a year since I've had a full hour massage and this is going to be my non-food reward for sticking with this life style change for 2 months now! Tomorrow I'll weigh in at home before going to Weight Watchers. Looking forward to the weekend.
