I had to go and open my big mouth.,lol, not that I've gained anything back but I just haven't lost anything yet either., oh well one day I went to shut the heck up. well,the boyfriend decided we were going to have breakfast for dinner last night, so as he's eating buttered toast and eggs with cheese and sausage I decided I would have 3 pieces of French toast with honey instead of butter and syrup, reasons one link of breakfast sausage and about a half cup of cottage cheese I couldn't even finish it all but that's okay with me because I was so full I'm still feeling it, lol. as long as I can continue to eat this way and get my protein shakes and and water I should be just fine. 😁🍀

typo, I had 2 pieces of French toast, and he had 1 piece along with everything else and he smothered his in butter and syrup
