Its official!!!! As of March 10th, I have lost a total of 10 pounds since I jumped on the loosing weight wagon! I started P90 yesterday, and boy does it feel good to be at work SORE!!! Its a good sore of course. I need to remember to take before photos of myself, as I went through the program before and seeing the photos of the transformation is worth a thousand words!!!

I am starting to get the added motivational factor worked in as well. The more progress you see leads to a boost in your ego to want to continue...and that is exactly what I am going to do. I have told myself that this needs to be a lifestyle change for me and not a fad....it worked for me before but my mentality on it was as soon as I reached my goal weight or firgure, I moved on....a fad.....NOT THIS TIME!!!!
