This weekend was a crazy, busy, somewhat mess of a weekend. That Saturday morning RIPPED class was awesome and I am still feeling its effects. So glad my gym has decided to offer it 3X a week. Now if I can just convice myself that 6:15 isn't too late at night to exercise. After that, we checked out a possible wedding venue. The fiance fell in love. Of course we are going to continue looking since that was the first one we have actually had a meeting with, but it is definitely a contender. Then we took off to look at cars for the fiance. He thinks going with anothere Chrysler 300 is a bad idea since he was hit 2 times since he got the car a year ago. He has decided on a BMW 530XI and boy is it beautiful, now we just have to wait until the paperwork is finished on the 300 to show it was totaled and paid off. He should have the car by next weekend at the latest. Saturday night got a little out of hand. I forget sometimes that the shots of whiskey I take at night will wreak havoc the next morning. I spent yesterday curled up in my living room watching movies and cat napping. I skipped the gym this morning, partly because I was too tired from sleeping all day yesterday and partly because I am super sore still. Only time will tell whether I will be up for bootcamp or not.

Do any of my FS buddies use Jillian Michaels 30 day shred? I am thinking about buying it to start after we get to level 3 of bootcamp. Lemme know what you think about the program.

Hey, I have the 30day shred. Really just started and used it about 3 times and it definitley keeps your cardio up even at level one, not sure on the results but it is a good workout!

I have used Jillian's 30 day shred. It is good, but I like her Ripped in 30 better. They both say they are 20 min. workouts, and you really work your butt off in those 20 mins. Since it seems like you do a lot of other things at the gym, I'd say that either would be a great supplemental workout to add to what you're already doing.

I want to do her 30 day shred too!! I've seen some results, so I'm a believer - I just need to get out & buy it already!
