Ugh! 5lbs over the weekend. 5 whole pound in two days! what's up with that!! I know I won't be able to lose it as quickly. It will take me a more than a week to get rid of it. Okay I cannot let this happen again.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 98.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
