Im feeling really hungry today, so im going to drink alot of water and try to be good!!

Funny how we have those days - I think its really your body wanting water. Try have a little more low fat protein which is also very filling. Have a good weekend!

What helps me is drinking tea because it takes a little while to sip and when I am done I feel so much better.
