had such a bad weekend pigging out that I was too scared to actually look on the scales this morning... Well actually I actually woke up too late so did not have the time. I was running around like a headless chook trying to get to work on time lol. I have been very slack lately. No days at the gyms, no walking, no sauna, no cross-trainer at work.... I also have to say my motivation levels are at an all time low at the moment. I can't seem to shake it and get back into the swing of things....
