I am not strictly tracking my food and exercise. Most days I am estimating my intake and portions by feel and having great success. I am so pleased to see how my how much I have learned and how my body has changed.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
