Well Down a little 👍yesterday had about 1600 calories more good fats like coconut oil with almond butter , about 31 net carbs did not eat after 7pm like I usually do , I avoided those delicious macadamia nuts before bedtime , 👍but tonight I'm going to a concert and I'm pretty sure the weigh in tommorrow is gonna be ugly .. I'm drinking and having pizza , then back to my diet Saturday 👍
154.7 lb Lost so far: 8.3 lb.    Still to go: 4.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
