This increase in weight today wasn't entirely surprising, particularly when I calculated the amount of takeaway food I had eaten in the past week, which I don't normally have.

Never mind, no point in looking back with regrets. Stay positive FS friends.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
