Not the best start but not the worst. I have logged my food and obviously need to make changes. I could have saved myself about 500 calories by walking away... but the burgers tasted sooo good.
I need to remember that the first couple of weeks are the worst. That is when I will feel the most longing and the most deprived. Once I get past the first couple of weeks I will not feel that way anymore. I have to make sure that I am more mindful of the food I am putting in my body. I have to remember the 20 minute rule and to fill up on water. I need to remember this is about more than immediate satisfaction and that I will be more happy and excited as my weight goes down. I will start anew tomorrow and make the same dedication today. Only tomorrow I will be a little bit better about it. And the next day I will be a little more better at it. And so on.
