6 pounds in seven days!! Water/carb bloat is gone plus some fat for sure...keep on keeping on Misty!!

Thanks man. I'm glad I got back on track when I did. Seems my woe is on and off which isn't bad if I don't stray too long. Remember last year I was 126!?
