Eating lousy. Still getting to the gym at least 2x a week, but it's not enough. Struggling. Wondering if I truly care about losing weight anymore.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I've started doing 100 days of Weight Loss (a book). It addresses that feeling of giving up after a certain period of time. Maybe it's worth looking into? It gives you 100 days of exercises (mental) to do to get you and keep you on track.

Yes, you do care!!! Don't give up. I think 99% of us are struggling now. Maybe it's the time of year. But, we can't give up! Our health is at stake. I questioned myself last week, too, but remember how good I felt when I faced the scales and lost. That feeling is better than the taste of any food you can eat! Hang in there!

Don't give up. If this diet is not working try something else. Just keep trying and find something that works for you. Think about how happy you are going to be with yourself and not put yourself down about being over weight. Say NO MORE! We are always her for you. Hope you feel better soon.
