Started to do some daily walking exercise again and have tried to get back on track with Atkins diet. I have managed to achieve over a 0.5 Kg drop in weight this week.
209.2 lb Lost so far: 33.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
