still not doing much to be proactive. weight seems to be holding pretty steady with out a whole lot of effort. thats good and that means that I have changed my eating habits. but I still want to lose about 10 more pounds. the weather isn't helping and I just don't like exercising in doors. I have enough chores to do and that just feels like another one. spring is just around the corner and walking should be good then.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
