Was a lil disappointed with my last weigh in, feels like my loss rate is slowing, and I kinda lost my mind n went on a crazy binge last night >_<

Gonna try water-fasting for five days, like I've seen a few people on here post about doing, just to kinda jumpstart my progress back in the game.

Today's day one; wish me luck!

You can add some bone broth or equivalent if you need to - I use an oxo cube in hot water. Make sure you drink plenty of water - and add salt if you start to feel dizzy or anything. Good luck.

Five days is a long time to go without food. If you must, then follow Mini with a little broth but if you get lightheaded, either eat something (doesn't have to be a full meal) or put a teaspoon of sugar in a glass of water with a large pinch of salt - this is basically a healthy energy drink and will give you what you need to continue. Don't over do the exercise during this period or you are asking for trouble - each day you fast lessen what exercise you are taking. Please take it easy and don't punish yourself for falling off the wagon, we've all been there and it really doesn't matter. Take care Christi
