Just poking through your food journal and it looks like you may not be getting enough green leafy veggies. Make sure you're sticking to 20 carbs with the majority of them coming from your veggies. Water, water, water and exercise! I'm here if you need a buddy.

Hi Sahridoto, What maguire_air said is correct. I also looked at your food diary and saw that firstly you are not taking in enough carbs and at times calories. You should have at least a minimum of 1500 calories and at maximum 1800 calories a day on Atkins. You do need to have 12-15 of those carbs from vegetables. You should also be drinking 1/2 in ounces of your body weight a day....so for you at 196 you should be taking in at minimum 98 oz of water a day. If you can get down a gallon even better! It would be easier to measure it that way as well. You need the water to flush out the burned off fat and toxins from your body. I Also, don't be discouraged because when Atkins first starts you loose a lot of water weight before the actual fat starts burning off. Also, it is very common for you body to hold on to whatever it takes in for a short period while it is adjusting. They say that when you are not loosing pounds you are loosing inches. Your body is going thru changes and needs to adapt and catch up with itself from time to time. There will be times you may have a great weight loss one week and then the next week nothing. That happens to me all the time. Just know that this is perfectly normal. Also, just know that you are not real far from your goal weight, and the closer you are the slower the weight comes off. Just our body trying to preserve what it has in fear of starvation. LOL I have lost 22 pounds in 2 1/2 months...so I know it works. Best of luck and hang in there...good things will happen!

Yes you can stay on induction longer if you wish, but I wouldn't for too long. I did it for a couple months, but I moved to OWL this week and still lost 2 pounds. When you decide to move along to OWL however, just make sure that you add things slowly. Go to atkins.com and do the lessons. It is helpful and you will gain insight on how to progress.
