I've had the flu. I've tried to keep my fluids high - but not sure I've suceeded - I will drink fluids today - start back on my plan tomorrow.

I am still not feeling great but I drank a lot of fluids yesterday. If anything good comes out of this maybe it will be weightloss - Pleaaaaase?

2 more lbs to my half way point... I've changed my diet and it seems to be working extrodinarily well for me - I'm going to have to head back to the gym not this week but next... I need to give myself some recover time after the flu... since I have the immune system of the boy in the bubble...
