Slowly but surely... It helps that the weather here is much warmer than the US right now. Pretty sure most of my weight loss is from sweating!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ha ha :) But keep yourself hydrated. Apparently, I just discovered that a lot of my weight loss was from water and had a short spell of dehydration which was a bit of discomfort. Take care of your water and salt intake in Bangalore weather in coming 5-6 months.
