IMPORTANT ATKINS REMINDER! looking at peoples diet calenders ive noticed that some people arent eating enough fat...Fat is supposed to be double protein intake!! good luck guys!

I don't remember reading anywhere that fat is supposed to be twice the protein eaten.

Its supposed to be 10:30:60 carbs 10%, Protein 30% and Fat 60% a day hun.

OH - I'm pretty close then. I thought you meant grams not percent. In grams, there is usually a bit more fat than protein on an average day for me.
