Okay here goes nothing! During the last 10 years I seem to have slowly been putting on the weight. I never used to have to worry about it, but the trend needs to stop! I am only 5'3" so 159 pounds looks pretty chubby on me. I want to be more fit and have a BMI in the average range. My husband too has put on some pounds, but he has high blood pressure. I am hoping to influence him to drop a few pounds so we can enjoy our soon to be empty nest doing fun activities!
