This week, having been on a long slide, I concentrated on recording things. Toward the end of the week, I started to reduce my calories. Now, after a long slump, I'm getting back into diet mode, so I'm looking for good gains -- or rather losses -- in the coming weeks.
219.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
