I have been so sick. So yesterday I drank tons of apple juice ate a few crackers and some salmon spread. Still don't feel great today. Ugh. Not doing well on the carbs but still not eating full meals for fasting. Hopefully I will be back to normal tomorrow and back to my low carb fasting.
