Got a new scale today, it's supposed to be very accurate according to the manufacturer and customer reviews. I can attest is it at least repetitive; 6 weigh-in six weights exactly the same. Old scale could not do that. First time on it it said I was 4 pounds heavier then my old scale. Minor set back, but as long as it's accurate I'm down with it.
On another note: I made great strides yesterday to remove/replace/reduce wheat from my food plan. Switched from bread to wraps, wheat is listed as the third ingredient not the first and only 50 calories per. Also got rice pasta and pitched the whole wheat. We'll see how that works.
