I went on the usual walk I have been doing last night and broke out into a rash. My whole body was covered in this rash and my body had swollen. I have no idea what caused it but it was very uncomfortable. A lot better today but still not 100%
306.7 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 97.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
