So far it has been a good day. I am trying to focus on the positive things in my life and to sit down at the table to eat. I did that for lunch and breakfast. I have stayed at my current weight but I think I have gained some back because my skin does not seem as light as it did when I lost the most weight in October but then again my cloths have stayed the same so I think I am getting use to the way I feel.
