Ok... Not totally off the plan, but eating more carbs than I should; not exercising - thrown off by the snow (had several days off work, did some housework & such) and this week I started a second job - part-time in the evenings, three nights a week. It's something that I enjoy, but it DOES make for a looooooong day! I plan to schedule in exercise again starting this Saturday - I actually do miss it. It seems that when I exercise on a regular basis (and it doesn't have to be strenuous), I have more energy & feel better overall.
