I was admitted to the hospital for Meningitis on 12/11/11 and dropped almost 15 pounds in weeks... After my appetite came back I gained it back faster than it came off :(

I've realized that I am eating way too much salt. I had nearly double the RDI of salt (2400mg) today alone. I've been having swelling issues... no wonder. Strangely, I don't salt anything except my egg in the morning. Guess I need to cut back on the cheese and veggie meat substitute. Its all preserved with salt and I am miserable when I swell.
217.3 lb Lost so far: 2.7 lb.    Still to go: 67.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
